All products are shipped through USPS unless otherwise requested. barbara@vanderbiltgallery.com 

Products may be returned at your expense provided they are unused & undamaged within seven (7) days for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

After 7 days, refunds are available as store credit only 

No refunds on special orders or after 30 days.
